Cat steps it up for Dementia UK

Cat McBreeze recently walked from the Nova, Prestatyn to Liverpool and back to raise money for Dementia UK.

"This was a personal pilgrimage for my Mother-in-law who is in the late stages of dementia; I can't cure her condition but I can raise money to help her and others in the same situation.

I walked over 100 miles in total.

Whilst I was in Liverpool I also volunteered as a marshal for the Alzheimer's Society memory walk and then walked around the area that Mam once lived, and took some photos (it was demolished post-war and rebuilt very differently).

I met some really wonderful and inspirational people along the way, many of which made donations.
